thinker, I have been working for many years with leaders and organizations on the design and development of organizational structures, leadership systems, roles, and collaboration models. My work focuses on the intentional design of responsibilities, decision-making architectures, and interfaces, particularly in phases of organizational growth and structural transformation.<\/p><p data-start=\"2274\" data-end=\"2717\">What distinguishes my work is a both analytical and highly practical approach that enables organizations to identify the critical leverage points for sustainable change\u2014across individuals, teams, and the organization as a whole. Clients value my clear, respectful, and reliable way of working, as well as my willingness to take responsibility and to address challenging issues openly, even in complex change situations.<\/p><p data-start=\"2724\" data-end=\"3057\">I am continually fascinated by the impact of well-designed interventions.
