Our inputs are scientifically sound and practice-oriented. In order to do justice to the complexity of our participants' leadership situations, we often work with <strong>real-life examples<\/strong>. To ensure an effective transfer into everyday leadership practices we also like to integrate <strong>coaching elements<\/strong> at the beginning and end of the individual workshop days.
