ChangeLab Leadership Academy
Impact-oriented leadership to us means deliberately aligning actions with the outcomes we aim to achieve. This requires an awareness of our own strengths, resources and behavioral patterns, as well as the ability to reflect on how our actions affect others.
Developing this awareness, enables leaders to adapt their leadership goals and strategies to different people, situations, and organizational requirements. Rather than following a single ideal leadership style, effective leadership is about consciously using existing strengths and capabilities, expanding one's leadership repertoire, and adapting leadership practices to the specific context.
With our evidence-based, practice-oriented leadership training, we empower leaders to navigate complex challenges, fostering effective collaboration, and actively guiding organizational change.

The ability to reflect on one's own thoughts, emotions, and actions is one of the key foundations for the personal and professional development of leaders. Strengthening self-awareness is therefore a key component of our leadership training.
At the same time, we experience the impact of leadership primarily in our day-to-day work relationships. In our interactive exercises, participants experience firsthand how their leadership behavior affects others and the dynamics it creates. They receive constructive feedback, explore alternative approaches and expand their ability to build and manage relationships with greater impact-awareness.
In our interactive, experiential exercises, participants experience firsthand how their leadership behavior affects others and the dynamics it creates. They receive constructive, differentiated feedback, explore alternative approaches, and expand their ability to build and manage relaLeadership, however, always also takes place within a broader strategic and organizational context. We therefore go beyond the interpersonal level and consider the organization's overarching goals, structures, and dynamics. What organizational dynamics influence my effectiveness as a leader? And what opportunities do I have to actively shape my environment? This broader perspective helps participants develop a deeper understanding of their leadership role and use their scope for action to contribute effectively to organizational goals.
Working with the concrete leadership challenges of our participants ensures that learning translates into everyday leadership practice.

In an increasingly dynamic and complex working environment companies are replacing hierarchical structures with more agile organisation forms.
Without trust, however, these efforts are doomed to fail. Trust is in many ways a precondition for agility. What, however, can leaders do to facilitate trust in their teams?
We begin the workshop by addressing the conditions for trust-based leadership. You learn that trust leadership based on a leap of faith is detrimental to a healthy team and organisational environment - from a neurobiological, a psychological and an organisational perspective. We discuss how transparency, accountability and familiarity can be used to create a healthy foundation for trust based leadership. Exploring the concrete challenges of trust-based leadership in your individual leadership roles, we help you develop strategies for building trust specific leadership contexts.

On the first day, we look at the interplay of neurobiological, emotional and cognitive processes that form the basis of resilience and agility. You learn to develop coping strategies for an increasingly dynamic and volatile world and understand agility as an opportunity to use your the opportunities that come with change strategically. With mindfulness exercises, you activate your inner strength and resources in a targeted manner. We provide you with cognitive strategies to effectively counter fears and maintain your ability to reflect even in situations of increased pressure.
Resilience and agility also have a strong social component. In the last part of the workshop we discuss how organisational factors can be shaped to have a positive impact on the agility and resilience of individuals, teams and whole companies.
In our resilience and agility workshop two days full interesting insights await you in which get to know both others and yourself on a different, perhaps deeper level.
