Portrait von Dr. Arlena Jung

Dr. Arlena Jung

For the past 10 years I have been accompanying individuals, teams and whole organisations in the successful realization of their developmental goals. 2022 I founded ChangeLab Consulting. My goal was and is to provide ChangeLab customers with the organisational, change and leadership expertise they need for dealing effectively with the complexities of change processes.

As a systems theorist and organizational sociologist, I have many years of practice in understanding organisational complexities. As a consultant, I am equally motivated and fascinated by the effectiveness of targeted change measures.

What motivates and drives me: We live in an increasingly volatile and complex working world. I want to help my clients live as the architect of their own world instead of being a prisoner of existing dynamics. To this end, I accompany you in all phases of your change process - as a consultant, trusted sparring partner, as a solution-oriented coach and process facilitator.

What defines and distinguishes me: My analytical approach, my constructive mindset and my willingness to go the extra mile for my clients.

Together, we develop innovative solutions, implementing them with a constructive mindest and, if necessary, a pinch of perseverance.

Leadership Coaching

Stephan Blässing

I have been advising and supporting middle and senior managers as a coach and management consultant since 2017. Prior to that, I worked as a project and team leader, as well as 10 years at top management level as Managing Director in two major international companies - as Managing Director of Porsche Berlin and Daimler-Benz.

What defines me as a coach and consultant: With a total of twenty years of leadership experience, I have extensive and experience-based leadership expertise.
With this knowledge , I provide you with tools and practices that you can use immediately. Measurably increasing efficiency and optimizing processes is a key aspect of my consulting work.

What motivates and drives me: Achieving goals, developing innovative ideas and solutions with new ways of thinking, increasing leadership performance.

After studying business intelligence and process management I worked in strategic and organisational development in tech Startup and then passed on this experience as an agile coach. I am currently responsible for 7 teams in the role of a delivery manager. In addition to my years of experience in value-based coaching (St. Gallen Coaching Modell®) as a graduate of the Hasso-Plattner Institute I bring a Design Thinking expertise and well-founded knowledge of co-creative processes to my consulting projects.

My goal is to help create organisations in which every employee experiences himself as making a valuable contribution to the common organisational goals. And this in an atmosphere characterised by mutual appreciation, entrepreneurial clarity and team-spirit. I help make sure all relevant interests, perspectives and ideas are brought to the table, creating a robust and integrative road map for future development. I see facilitating an open and constructive mindset as a key aspect of my work as a consultant.

What defines me as a consultant: I combine an open minded approach to challenging situations with pragmatism. I see helping my clients set clear goals and focus on priorities as a key aspect of my work - both in my team development processes and in my coaching sessions. What counts are solutions that work. And the best solutions are often the simplest. In my experience success often means both the willingness to experiment with the possibilities and finding the easiest most pragmatic way of overcoming challenges: Never losing sight of priorities while working together to achieve your goals. Dealing pragmatically with obstacles as they arise.

Business Coach

Michael Stein

For the past 15 years I have been helping companies develop their personell and adjust their organisational designs to changing circumstances.

In my consultancy work I often focus on leadership, productivity and purpose. I bring a deep understanding of how powerful these three aspects of both individual, team and organisational development can be - based on my own experience in leadership positions and as the former head of the human resource and organisational development department at the Hertie School Berlin.

As a systemic consultant I have a differentiated understanding of contextual factors that contribute to a healthy working environment, making long-term success more than just a possibility. As a psychotherapist I help my clients understand implications of management decisions on the organisational culture, on employee motivation and employee retention.

What drives and motivates me: Developing organisations in which employees derive their motivation from getting things done and making things work. As power is an important factor in every organisation I want to help create a working environment in which it is used responsibly and productively.
